Sizing
Prior to the printing phase, cardboard of diverse sizes and weights undergo meticulous sizing to ensure optimal production outcomes.
Printing
The printing stage stands as a cornerstone of our production process. At Teknopak, we employ the offset printing system to achieve precise colours, unparalleled print quality, and efficient results.
Corrugation
We produce corrugations in a range of wavelengths and weights to guarantee the durability and strength of our boxes.
Lamination
Printed cartons undergo lamination with corrugated materials of varying wavelengths, enhancing both durability and visual appeal.
Cutting
Precision cutting is integral to our process. Before advancing to folding and gluing, boxes are cut to precise dimensions using top-of-the-line machinery, ensuring readiness for the subsequent phases.
Folding - Gluing
The folding and gluing phase encompasses a variety of processes tailored to the unique characteristics of the products. From side to 3-point, 4-point, and 6-point gluing, each step is meticulously executed to meet exact specifications. Additionally, stapling (stitching) may be employed as needed to further reinforce structural integrity.
